The Agenda
Part 1: Onboarding, Planning, & Structure
You need to set yourself up for success from the start, so we’ll cover best practices for onboarding — even before the client starts. We will also look at how to plan with clients, set goals, and establish the structure you need for meetings, reporting, and other activities.
Part 2: Managing Projects, Teams, & Profit
Keeping client work on track and within scope — all while producing great results for them and profit for your agency — isn’t easy. We will look at how you can simplify with effective processes, proper project tracking and budgeting, and clear communication (both internal and external).
Part 3: Retaining and Growing Accounts
Once you start producing results for clients, it’s time to focus on retaining — and hopefully growing — those accounts. We will suggest some strategies while also looking at potential pitfalls to avoid.
This agenda is subject to modification but represents the general topics that will be covered. Registrants will have an opportunity to shape the actual content of the sessions through feedback prior to and during the workshop.
